I love ice cream and all its derivatives. As my pleasure is to eat it every day (it’s not a joke) and as I am aware that what we put in our body has a direct impact on the quality of our energy, I thought of presenting a light recipe with no added refined sugar. On the menu: only fruits and vegetable or animal cream to obtain all the smoothness sought.
I don’t have the words to tell you how tasty this sorbet is… and I know it will make you a lot of friends. Here, the date puree magnifies the fruity taste while adding fiber. It’s crazy all the power of dates. Long live the fibers and long live the sorbets at will!

GOOD TO KNOW
Use berries like raspberries, strawberries, cherries and blueberries. Sorbet is also very good with frozen mango or pineapple, but then it will be better to put 1 and 1⁄2 cup of these frozen fruits and add an unfrozen banana. If we can sweeten it with honey or maple syrup? Sure, but you won’t get as much fiber since these products don’t contain it.
