A Laval couple spiced up the activity of the Liberal leader. “I found you very, very weak in the last four years,” said Carmen Trifan, adding that her criticisms are also aimed at the other parties that formed the opposition in the National Assembly. This woman of Romanian origin said she had never seen such a situation since her arrival in Canada 20 years ago. It is a “great disappointment” for her.
“I would like it to come back because it hurts my heart to see the Liberals so low,” she added.

Since the start of the campaign, Dominique Anglade has also gone door to door in Châteauguay and in her riding of Saint-Henri–Sainte-Anne.
Over the past week, Dominique Anglade has spent a lot of time in Laval, where she is trying to keep the five ridings (out of six) held by her party. She took part in a block party in Thousand Islands on Sunday.
