Menus with flavors from around the world at Air Canada

This spring, Air Canada is announcing a complete overhaul of its in-flight menus for passengers in all classes.


You will be able to enjoy new meal choices that highlight flavors from around the world such as: Thai chicken and rice, penne with pesto or even chicken cacciatore, with potatoes and grilled peppers (in economy class on board the international flights). And for breakfast, a pancake with maple syrup will be served.

Air Canada is once again working in collaboration with chefs Jérôme Ferrer, Vikram Vij and David Hawksworth – new seasonal recipes will be offered throughout the year and new snacks and nibbles will also be offered on board.

Note that she is the sommelier and collaborator at The Press Véronique Rivest who selects the sparkling wines.
