Russian strikes cause new victims. Two people were killed in the Kherson region by Russian artillery shelling, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin announced on Telegram on Tuesday. In the Kharkiv region, a Russian strike using an Iskander missile left at least 40 injured, including 12 children, according to a report announced by Volodymyr Zelensky. Three people were also injured in the Donetsk region and three others in the Chernihiv region, according to local authorities.
