CHRISTMAS SALTED SNACKS
Adorable and tasty croquignoles prepared with sardines or fish rillettes and buckwheat flour. Fish and buckwheat have come together well and form a beautiful duo. The fact of using canned sardines or fish rillettes already prepared makes it unnecessary to season the preparation because it is already done!
A fromage frais is not a cottage cheese! It is already salty and sometimes peppery, but in all cases it is soft. A recipe to serve hot, very easy to reheat in the oven or very cold. In both cases it can be served with cream cheese or lemon vinaigrette sauce.
Buckwheat or buckwheat is not a cereal (therefore no gluten). Buckwheat flour can be replaced by another flour.
Per person :
2 large sardines in a tin or 3 small or 2 tbsp of fish rillettes
2 tsp of cream cheese
2 tbsp of buckwheat flour
1 tbsp of water

During this time prepare the dough by mixing flour salt and pepper then adding water and juice until obtaining a homogeneous dough. Make 2 rolls with the sardine / cream cheese preparation. Dip them in the dough by rolling them so that they are completely coated. In a frying pan, heat the oil then fry the rolls before placing them on an absorbent paper or cloth. If necessary, reheat in the oven. Nice cuisine to all, Régine
