Quebec reported 545 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, as well as six additional deaths.
Since the start of the pandemic, 430,940 infections have been reported, and 11,528 of them have been shown to be fatal.
The health authorities have 219 people hospitalized because of the disease in Quebec, a drop of six compared to the day before. Of these, 45 are in intensive care, three fewer.
