Marina Ovsyannikova left court on Tuesday evening, where she was partially judged. She was fined 250 euros, and remains free for the time being. “The interrogation lasted 14 hours. She has so far only been tried for having posted a video recorded the day before her act, in which she again criticizes the Kremlin in a virulent manner. The journalist faces further prosecution. She could be tried for publishing false information, a crime punishable by 15 years in prison in Russia.
