From the introduction of chicken with Chicken McNuggets in 1984, then salads in 1986, even passing through the pizza test in the early 1990s, the range of à la carte products has continued to grow to match the closer to consumer desires up to the Veggie sandwich offered recently or the gourmet McCafé concept… Over time consumption patterns have also changed, in 1987 the first McDrive revolutionized the Mcdo in Labège, table service will be introduced in 2016 and finally home delivery will bring the McDo to the door of customers from 2017.
