Side flavor on Sunday welcomes a guest who necessarily has something to do with cooking, chef, craftsman, producer and a small challenge to take up, remember a significant year in his life, personal or professional. A choice that allows us to go back in time, to remember some events that marked that year.
In 1992, Ludovic Dupont returned from the West Indies where he had been working for two years for family reasons. He who had fled maritime Picardy out of boredom, will anchor himself there in a lasting way, and will not leave it for anything in the world. After training with François Coupland, he set off and created his own business, Nature has taste in Abbeville. His cuisine has the flavor of wild nature.
