For several weeks, Brive has had many difficulties in the third row. Sooty Faaso then Kitione Kamikamica are out for several more weeks. Only Georgian Otar Giorgadze was available in number 8. Xavier Ric told France Bleu Limousin last week on the show 100% Supporters: “On that, Jérémy (Davidson) is constantly looking for ways to strengthen our squad. It could be additional players, a medical joker. Several opportunities may present themselves to us during the season ”
He trained with the group this week
The first opportunity is called Dylan Lam. The 24-year-old New Zealander arrived in Brive earlier this week for physical tests. If they are successful, and his integration into the squad during training goes well, he could make his arrival at the club as a medical joker.
Dylan Lam (1m83, 115 kg) has a rather interesting profile, from the New Zealand Championship he played with the North Harbor club. He was also part of the Baby Blacks group which prepared for the Under-20 World Cup.
If he stays, he will be Brive’s second medical joker, after the arrival of hooker Motu Matu’u, from La Rochelle, where he had freelance.
