Bedard scored early in the first and third periods.

He leads the tournament scorers with four goals.
He and Kaspars Daugavins of Latvia sit at the top with five points.
Dylan Cozens, Dawson Mercer and Pierre-Luc Dubois scored the other goals for Canada, which is 2-0 in Group A.
