First step for Willy Rovelli in his learning of Catalan culture: the Castillet. Discovery of the collections and two mystery objects, panoramic view from the large terrace and makeover thanks to Laurent Fonquernie and the association Le temps du costume roussillonnais.
Second stop, Le Vauban brasserie at Jordi Danoy. This is where Willy Rovelli perfected his Catalan culture. He first tasted the marvelous cold cuts of Thibault Gonzales, based in Thuir. He then learned the practice of porró thanks to Patricia Di Fraja, actress, humorist and musician. And since everything always ends in song, there’s nothing better than learning the Catalan language with Julio Leone.
