Second stop, Le Vauban brasserie at Jordi Danoy. This is where Willy Rovelli perfected his Catalan culture. He first tasted the marvelous cold cuts of Thibault Gonzales, based in Thuir. He then learned the practice of porró thanks to Patricia Di Fraja, actress, humorist and musician.
