Voters in the riding of Jean-Talon, which brings together the boroughs of Sainte-Foy and Sillery in Quebec, will go to the polls on Monday to choose who will represent them in the National Assembly. Caquiste Joëlle Boutin, who was elected there in 2019 and 2022, left political life last July for family and professional reasons.
