Anaïs Shares Her Struggles with Jude
In the apartment at the marshes, a doctor checks on Anaïs after her hospital tests over the weekend. He recommends she prioritize her health, remain calm, and seek therapy. Following his departure, Milan encounters Anaïs and learns that her tinnitus and discomfort stem from stress. Although Milan is furious with Sam for hitting his girlfriend, Anaïs defends him, stating he isn’t to blame. She wishes to move past the issue and finds solace in Milan’s embrace, leading to a kiss.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Léonard and Vic express their concern for Anaïs. She reassures them that everything is alright. At that moment, Teyssier walks in and decides that Anaïs should be replaced at Double A by Jude, allowing her to concentrate on the tasting menu for her upcoming event on Friday. Despite Anaïs’s attempts to convince him otherwise, she ultimately concedes.
Teyssier promptly informs Jude of his new role at Double A, choosing Vic as his assistant. Vic confides in Jude that Anaïs isn’t as fine as she pretends to be, and she remains cautious about Milan, fearing potential issues in their relationship.
While working in the studio alongside Milan and Léonard, Anaïs struggles to focus due to her tinnitus. Milan urges her to take a break, but Anaïs remains determined to push through and perfect her menu.

In a park meeting with Jude, Anaïs confirms that her relationship with Milan is fine. Coline Mends Fences with Her Mother
At the local café, Coline confesses to Carla and Bérénice that she has been avoiding her mother all weekend. The girls encourage her to reach out, believing her mother will eventually understand her choices.
During lunch, Coline visits her mother at the farm, bringing a dish she has prepared. She takes this opportunity to apologize for her previous dishonesty. Angèle admits she was blindsided but affirms her faith in Coline’s culinary abilities. However, Coline expresses her concerns about the farm’s impending bankruptcy, to which Angèle responds that it is not her responsibility.
Determined not to lose the farm, Coline teams up with Bérénice to contact various agricultural high schools for support, knowing that without help, her mother may have to shut down the business.
Later, while tending to the vegetable garden with Bérénice and Gaspard, they learn that the farmer from the Institute has passed away. Coline considers suggesting her mother for the position, but Bérénice warns her that Angèle may struggle to work alongside Rose. Nonetheless, Coline is eager to pursue the idea.
Malik Takes Charge in Class
At the Atelier, Chef Armand assigns both first and second-year students to collaborate on a recipe, with the goal of having second-year students mentor their less experienced peers.
Malik is paired with Mattéo, whose indecisiveness frustrates him. Taking the initiative, he decides to take control of the entire recipe. When Clotilde notices this, she admonishes Malik for not adhering to the assignment’s guidelines, resulting in a disappointing score of 8/20 for both students.
After class, Clotilde keeps Malik behind to discuss his actions. He tries to justify himself by claiming his talent allows him to discern all flavors, pointing out that Mattéo did not meet expectations. Clotilde counters that his skills should not eclipse teamwork, challenging him to write a critique of one of her dishes, a Camargue oyster with pear texture, due the next day for grading.
Later, Maya finds Malik still struggling with Chef Armand’s assignment. He admits he is unsure how to articulate his thoughts. Maya encourages him to express himself honestly without overthinking the process.
