A day that starts smoothly every day for Smoothie and Nala. If they are considered as personnel, they are not employees like the others: they are dogs. In this business in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine), around forty dogs spend the day in the open space. “It allows you to evacuate a lot of things to have your dog to stroke, and a lot of calm too”, says Benoît Picot, one of the employees.

Magali Gaveret, communications director, assures us: thanks to this authorization, employees are more relaxed: “They will be more creative on more strenuous tasks. Giving themselves breaks with their dog allows them to clear their minds”. The idea made its way to the offices of the town hall of Suresnes (Hauts-de-Seine). “Often, in companies, people meet without speaking to each other. There, that gives opportunities”, analyzes a psychologist.
