The intersyndicale has just agreed on a new day of action on Tuesday, June 6. In the meantime, the mobilization continues on the ground.

They don’t give up. Thirty people have been blocking a roundabout since Tuesday morning May 2, near Dol in the Jura. The strong mobilization of the day before convinced them to continue the movement. The demonstrators organize filter barriers, distribute leaflets. The objective: to maintain pressure on the government. Monday, May 1, the French were strongly mobilized in the parades. Retirement at 64, they still don’t want it.

New mobilization on June 6

“It is very important to mark the fact that we will not let go”, assures a demonstrator. The inter-union met Tuesday morning to decide on the follow-up to be given to the movement. It calls for a new mobilization on June 6, two days before the examination in the Assembly of the bill to repeal the pension reform. In the meantime, the trade unions will try to convince the deputies to vote for this bill. They will also meet the executive to make proposals, particularly on working conditions and salaries.
