“Hi it’s Leo, what does it say?”

This Wednesday, September 20, the management of Olympique de Marseille is withdrawing after a heated meeting Monday evening with representatives of the supporters. In a press release, the club denounces “threats and personal attacks”. Coach Marcelino’s future is also uncertain. However, contrary to certain information circulating on Tuesday, the Marseille coach has not yet officially submitted his resignation.

To “curb poverty” among students, facilitate the “development of their autonomy” and their access to higher education, fourteen university presidents published an article in the newspaper Le Monde in favor of allowances for all students. An idea put forward when 46% of students have already skipped a meal because of the rise in prices in recent months, according to a study by the IFOP for the food distribution association Cop1.

And apart from coming to eat blue lobster in Versailles, drink organic grands crus in Bordeaux and boost the sales of mugs at your aunt’s, what is the King of England Charles III doing in France? One might think “not much” since the king has no political power. His trip was however wanted by the British government. It must therefore be seen as an important symbolic message of a rapprochement in the United Kingdom’s diplomatic relations with France and, beyond, Europe, seven years after Brexit.
