So why were Prince Harry and his wife snubbed by the Beckham clan? Is there an enmity between the two couples? According to The Mirror, this invitation caused many problems for the Beckham couple. “Meghan and Harry did not receive an invitation. The Beckhams failed to agree on who to invite due to tensions between William and Harry. Eventually, they went for William and Kate, due to their longer friendship. David and William have always been great friends. They worked together on topics around mental health“, said the tabloid.
Embarrassed, Victoria and David have nevertheless decided. Unfortunately, Prince William and Kate were unable to make it to Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s wedding. They already have much less gratifying obligations to honor: the first anniversary of the death of Prince Philip, who died on April 9, 2021 in Windsor at the age of 99.
A source close to the Beckham couple thus reported to the newspaper The Mirror that “David and Victoria have written to William and Kate to personally invite them to their son’s wedding“but that they were”unable to attend the wedding“. However, Victoria and David did not invite Prince Harry and his wife, who did not attend the tribute to Prince Philip.
Accustomed to wearing the creations of Victoria Beckham during her outings for many years, not sure that Meghan Markle continues to dress for a long time with the clothes of the former Spice Girl after this affront.
