Weather in Quebec: a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday

It’s a mixture of either sun or clouds that will fly over all regions of Quebec on Saturday, with a common factor that will affect almost all of them: the wind.

With rays of sunshine pointing to the island of Montreal and its neighboring regions, winds will reach an average of 20 km/h.

However, the clouds will be felt more on the Upper Laurentians and Outaouais side, which will also bring rain in places. Same story for Abitibi-Témiscamingue, which could see up to 25 mm.

In the center of the province, we will observe more or less the same phenomenon. If the southern regions, such as Estrie, Beauce and Montérégie, are entitled to a little sun, the clouds will once again be more present in the Capitale-Nationale, Mauricie, Centre-du-Québec and Chaudière -Appalachia. The risk of showers is estimated between 30 and 40% for these regions, particularly at the start of the day. Ditto for Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean.

On the southern portion of the St. Lawrence River, east of Quebec, the Bas-Saint-Laurent and Gaspésie will also be more affected by the sun. A few clouds may be seen in places, but they will be clear for tonight and next night, and the chance of showers is less.

On the northern portion of the River, it will be mostly clear at the start of the day. Winds of 20 km/h will also be reached in these regions.
