We fell in love with the book Mange-Tout by Carol Reid-Gaillard.

This book by Carol Reid-Gaillard, Mange-Tout is a book that combines vegetal cooking and gardening advice. The author based in Mailhos in Béarn shares with you the life of her micro farm and her wonderful vegetable garden. From spring to winter, from planting to picking. She also invites you to her table to taste vegetables at all stages of their life, from baby vegetables to those who have grown up.
