At only 12 years old, Wassim Assoudi already has everything of a future successful entrepreneur. The astonishing fate of a schoolboy from Bondy, who at first simply wanted to make pocket money by selling fruit and drinks.
Wassim Assoudi, known as Waskofruits on social networks, is only 12 years old but already very popular. In just a few weeks, he has become the little star of the Bondy market (Seine-Saint-Denis). “He is an example for children of his age“, confides a local resident, who saw it on TikTok. “I’m happy, it makes me happy“, admits Wassim. Demanding, he chooses his own products.

To make pocket money, he sells syrups and fruit platters to locals. His small business quickly took off, thanks to social networks and his videos, viewed millions of times on the Internet. To make his fruit platters, he is supported by his two aunts. One oversees the cutting, “to prevent him from hurting himself“, and the other feeds his Instagram and TikTok accounts. After a good hour of preparation, he will deliver his colorful tray to the local driving school. While waiting to resume a normal life at the start of the school year, Wassim also devotes himself to his passion: cooking. His grandmother passed on her knowledge to him.
