War in Ukraine: the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant at the heart of concerns

“Normally, four very high voltage lines can supply this power station in Zaporizhia. They have all been cut since yesterday. Fortunately, there is some kind of backup line that could supply it from a thermal power station, and then there is emergency diesel generators No panic for the moment, but a concern that has increased even further. You have to imagine the climate on the spot, between the fighting which is really very close, the Russian soldiers who control this plant and who are stationed there, and then the Ukrainian employees who continue to operate it”concludes the journalist.
