(New York) The New York Stock Exchange opened higher on Thursday, generally satisfied by the day’s flurry of indicators which preserve the hope of a soft landing for the American economy.
In early trading, the Dow Jones gained 0.20%, the NASDAQ index gained 0.40% and the broader S&P 500 index gained 0.35%.
