(New York) The New York Stock Exchange opened higher on Tuesday, driven to new records by company results, the level of which is surprising given the constraints they face.
In early trading, the Dow Jones rose 0.28% to 35,849.23 points, the high-tech NASDAQ index rose 0.54% to 15,309.06 points and the broader S&P 500 index rose by 0.35% at 4582.45 points.
