(Lévis) The leader of the Conservative Party of Quebec Éric Duhaime obtained the support of 77.48% of activists following a vote of confidence at the party’s congress in Trois-Rivières. A result which allows him to remain at the helm of the party. Those around him expected a result between 75% and 85%.
“You have raised healthy criticisms of the party’s organization and, as leader, I am committed to doing much better in the future,” said Éric Duhaime in his closing speech.
