New bad luck for Paul Pogba which has been in the news since the Italian press said it doped with testosterone.
Tested positive on the sidelines of a Serie A match on August 20, the former French international could be suspended for four years.
He is now awaiting the results of the counter-analysis and his agent is categorical: “What is certain is that Paul Pogba never wanted to break a rule!”
The footballer can in any case count on the support of one of the most famous French YouTubers: Tibo inShape. On his X account, formerly Twitter, the videographer clumsily gave him his support and further attracted the wrath of Internet users.
“People are surprised about doping in football. But it’s an integral part of high-level sport. It’s not just in bodybuilding or cycling. And it’s partly our fault as spectators. Want to see more and more performance and results, athletes are forced to take drugs”, he tweeted upon discovering the information concerning Paul Pogba. And to persist: “At a high (professional) level, rare are those who are not doped. It exists of course, but it’s rare!”
