Unfavorable opinion of the national council for the protection of nature on the Castres-Toulouse motorway

The National Nature Protection Council (CNPN) has just issued a unfavorable opinion on the Castres-Toulouse motorway. Martial Gerlinger, CEO of Atosca, dealer for the future A69. “It is indeed quite rare to obtain a favorable opinion for a project of this nature, the role of the CNPN being to identify all the possible margins of progress in favor of biodiversity.”

Martial Gerlinger ensures that this opinion will be taken into account before theopening of the public inquiry in the coming weeks. Work should start in early 2023 for delivery of the motorway at the end of 2025. As a reminder, the cost of the journey has been set at 6.77 euros for the entire journey between Castres and Verfeuil. Cost to which must be added 1.60 euros for the portion of the A68 to reach Toulouse.
