Two people aged 20 and 16 were shot dead on the night of Tuesday June 14 to Wednesday June 15 in the 9th arrondissement of Lyon, franceinfo learned from a police source. Two other people, aged 15 and 17, were injured.
A shootout took place around 12:30 a.m. in the sensitive Duchère district, at avenue Andrei Sakharov, already the scene of a shootout last March which left four injured.
The four victims are known to the police in the middle of drug trafficking. The place where the shooting took place is also known as being a point of deal, by the police. A very large police force was deployed on the spot.
