Two passers-bya pregnant woman and an elderly person, who were on rue Jean Jaurès, were stray bullet victims this Friday evening, around 6:30 p.m., in Saint Denis.
The life-threatening of one of the persons is engaged. The national police and municipal police officers, who were on the spot, were able to provide him with first aid before the rapid arrival of help.
The mayor of Saint-Denis, Mathieu Hanotin, immediately went there. The Emaillerie districtwhere this tragedy occurred, has been experiencing mortar fire and gunfire for three days.
In a press release Mathieu Hanotin calls for an immediate end to this violence, which he describes as “unacceptable”. he explains that everything is being done to find those responsible for the shootings.
