Two men are wanted by the police after the robbery of a jewelry store in the 1st arrondissement of Paris around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday March 16, franceinfo learned from a source familiar with the matter. The facts took place at 125 Galerie Valois, near the Palais-Royal garden, in the heart of the capital.
According to the first elements of the investigation, they stole jewelry including Swiss watches, unique and numbered, for a value between 100,000 and 200,000 euros, and which can reach 400,000 euros on resale. They threatened the jewelry store clerks with a handgun, one of them was wearing a helmet.
