Two former Victoriaville Tigres players sentenced to prison for sexual assault

Two former Victoriaville Tigres players have been sentenced to prison terms for sexually assaulting a minor in a hotel in June 2021, after winning the QMJHL grand final.

Nicolas Daigle, 21, was sentenced to 32 months in prison and Massimo Siciliano, 21, to 30 months.

At the Quebec courthouse, Michel Bérubé, criminal and penal prosecutor, highlighted the victim’s courage as she left the courtroom.
