Launched in 1951, this Blue Week is dedicated to retirees and the elderly. Almost everywhere in France, as every year, there are many initiatives aimed at our seniors, whether they are still at home or in nursing homes. The opportunity to put them in the spotlight, but also to change the look that we can sometimes have on them. This Blue Week is also an opportunity for actors who work regularly with seniors, to organize events throughout the week that help create links between generations by inviting the general public and children. Example this Wednesday, in Migné-Auxances in Vienne, with a folk group from Poitou who offered a dance show to residents of the Ephad and children from the leisure center. Before a snack concocted by the residents: crushed Poitou.
