When it comes to next month’s European elections, the only question in Italy is whether the party of Giorgia Meloni, President of the Council for a year and a half, will achieve a victory or a triumph.

Three weeks before the election, his Fratelli d’Italia party is leading the voting intentions with around 28%, followed by the Democratic Party (center left, 20%) and the 5 Star Movement (16%). The campaign was marked, at the end of April, by Giorgia Meloni’s announcement that she herself would be the head of her party’s list for these European elections.
