End of adventure this Wednesday evening for Louise and Arnaud. The two candidates face each other for the last time in the final of Top chef with a dreaded ordeal, that of preparing a dinner for a hundred people at the Georges V palace in Paris. After weeks of competition and hard work behind the stove, one of them will be named the big winner at the end of the evening.
Waiting, Louise Bourrat has already confided in the course of this final. Without spoiling viewers, Hélène Darroze’s protege explained that she had a very difficult day during filming. “This final, I think it was one of the worst days of my life“, she even let go of our colleagues from Entertainment TV.
And for good reason, the 27-year-old Franco-Portuguese has unfortunately multiplied the glitches. “The day was extremely stressful, in addition, I was very sick that day. I haven’t slept all night, I had my period, I was at rock bottom because I have endometriosis. I have to take lots of pills during the day. It was very hard“, she reported. Louise was not even at home to get back in shape because the day before the final, the candidates are staying at the palace. “I was at Georges V with my hot water bottle. And then there was the stress of being in this super majestic place, of having to manage a team“, she continued.
Besides, the brunette in a relationship with a DJ was very embarrassed vis-à-vis her team, whom she felt like she was disappointing. “I told them : ‘I’m sorry guys, I’m not in top form.’ It was awful because it made me feel guilty and feeling guilty made me even sicker. It was a vicious cycle“, she remembered. But fortunately, Louise was quickly reassured and surrounded to ensure the day as best as she could. “I’m very lucky because the boys have supported me a lot. They were absolutely fantastic“, she underlined, grateful.
