With the proliferation of venues, art lovers living far from cultural metropolises are now spoiled for choice when it comes to shows. The cream of Montreal and Quebec plays are traveling more than ever on the road, following the example of comedians and singing stars.

Created in Montreal or Quebec, presented everywhere

Many plays presented recently in Montreal will be presented elsewhere in Quebec by the summer. Musicals and summer theater… in winter!

Several summer musicals or plays are also on tour. The show La Corriveau – the thirst of crows will visit 17 cities between now and April 13, while the musical Lili St-Cyr will begin his Quebec tour in Granby on the 1st^er March. Royal Pub, Cowboys Fringants and the circus collective Les 7 Doigts, will arrive in Trois-Rivières in May. Also note, the piece Silence is turned will be visiting 13 cities this spring, while Symphorien And Closet will continue their tour.

Song of all kinds

Hardly any records are sold anymore, but there will be action on stages throughout the province. Salebarbes resumes its already triumphant tour in February, which is due to end in December 2024 at the Videotron Center in Quebec. Alexandra Stréliski will spend most of the year in Quebec, even if her career abroad is flourishing. Émile Bilodeau, Philippe Brach, Sara Dufour and Isabelle Boulay will also travel the province. Karkwa, whose return was expected to be temporary, announced concerts in several cities in March. Finally, remember that a show dedicated to the songs of Nicole Martin will also be on tour in many regions of Quebec.

The art of giving your comedy show a good title is a challenge that has seen many perish.
