Graffiti is everywhere in the city: on storefronts, house walls, construction site hoardings, street furniture, post boxes… They leave in their wake an impression of neglect and deterioration as well as a feeling of insecurity. We are not talking about urban art here even if the border is sometimes thin between the two, but about public misdeeds and vandalism. If the scale of the problem is daunting, there are still solutions to make the city cleaner.
