The sleep
It is important to sleep well because if you are sleep deprived, fatigue can increase period pain.
Apple cider vinegar
Mix a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of water to relieve nausea, stomach aches and menstrual pain.
Hot water bottle or hot bath
The heat will ease the pain. Put the hot water bottle on the painful place, it creates a dilation of the blood vessels and relaxes the muscles of the uterus thanks to an increase in the oxygen supply.
massage
With or without a hot water bottle, you can massage the painful area, avoiding putting too much pressure on it. Lying down, standing or sitting, choose the least painful position for you.
Essential oils
Some essential oils can bring comfort, the best known are tarragon, clary sage and basil.
