this unexpected concert which will make a big splash…

On July 16, Jane Birkin died at the age of 76 at her home located at 50 rue d’Assas, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. As soon as the singer’s death was announced, tributes poured in on social networks.

“Little by little, the lights go out in Paris… Jane was a woman of heart, a sensitive and generous artist with her soft voice and her luminous smile, she had incredible charm! Each of our duets were always moments of pure happiness, unforgettable! Today in these moments of deep sadness, I think of his daughters and his loved ones with all my affection” for example, wrote Sylvie Vartan on Instagram. His family and friends then gathered on July 24 for his funeral at the Saint-Roch church, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
