The autopsy confirms the criminal trail. The medical findings made on the body of the young woman found dead Friday evening at her home in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, are “compatible with death of the victim by strangulation”, according to a judicial source at France Télévisions. The autopsy took place on Saturday afternoon.
