“When I played FIFA, there were only teams of guys, underlines Lisa, 21 years old, world freestyle football champion, who grew up through and with football played by boys. There was a lack of representation. We play well with Maradona, so why not play with girls in the same team!” This video game, from the American publisher Electronic Arts (EA), is the best-selling cultural good in France.
Less than 8% of women’s matches last year

But it’s good for diversity. Otherwise those who don’t want to, just don’t bring in girls or don’t bring in boys, they do what they want.”
There are still many who are skeptical, not to say sexist. Last year, out of 150 million users, less than 8% of players played a match with a women’s team.
