Adopted following the Council of Ministers, the draft law on the vaccine pass will be submitted to Parliament and could come into force in mid-January. The LREM deputy for Val-de-Marne, Guillaume Gouffier-Cha is live on the 11pm set.

The LREM deputy of Val-de-Marne Guillaume Gouffier-Cha believes that the adoption of the vaccine pass is a responsible measure in order to keep the living spaces open and to maintain a social life while protecting against the new wave of Covid- 19. He adds that the vaccination pass makes it possible to strengthen the vaccination campaign.

The elected representative of Val-de-Marne specifies that the vaccination pass is not an obligation for vaccination. He defends his point by arguing that the vaccine pass will only be used in certain places, in particular those of leisure. Without a vaccination pass, it will still be possible to access your workplace or go for a walk. He confirms that the vaccination pass restricts access to a certain number of places. Guillaume Gouffier-Cha considers the obligation vaccine is a solution to be used last recourse, but hopes that this solution will not be applied and maintains that these decisions were taken with the aim of protecting the health of the French.
