The three men arrested Thursday and Friday as part of the investigation into the attack on MP Romain Grau and the parliamentary attaché of Éric Dupond-Moretti were remanded in custody this Saturday.
Aged 36, 42 and 47, they will be tried on Monday in an immediate appearance at the Perpignan court. The three are prosecuted for violence without ITT (Temporary Interruption of Work) on a person in charge of a public service mission during a demonstration, of the facts for which they will be judged as recidivismhaving already been sentenced by the courts for acts of violence.
One of them will also be tried for death threats against an elected official, another for contempt.
