The Pierre Palmade affair continues to make ink flow. On February 10, 2023, the 54-year-old comedian caused a terrible accident on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne. An accident that claimed several victims including a 6-year-old child and a pregnant woman who unfortunately lost her baby. Tested positive for cocaine after the fact, Muriel Robin’s sidekick had spent the evening at his home in Cély-en-Bières with acquaintances for a Chemsex weekend (a sexual practice that consists of taking pleasure under the influence drugs, editor’s note), reports BFM TV.
Since the incident, the unbridled private life of Pierre Palmade has made the front page of many newspapers, a detail that has challenged the singer Eddy de Pretto. Visibly angry at the media treatment of this affair, the interpreter of quarter of the moons therefore took over his Twitter account to clear things up once and for all. “As we never mix tea towels and napkins, please do not mix gay people with Palmade please”, he wrote this Monday, February 20, 2023.

A post that sparked strong reactions. “It would also be nice to stop the demagoguery and shoot the ambulance too! Despite all the sympathy I have for you Eddy, I find your tweet useless!”, “Was it really necessary? In In any case, those who wouldn’t know that some people make the amalgam, here they are. Sometimes it’s better to be quiet, here’s an example”, “Clumsy this tweet. You should have said Chemsex and not Palmade. C I think it’s average”, “Is this kind of tweet very elegant…?”, “No relation”, “Are you going to join the pack? It doesn’t matter that Palmade is gay… This accident is a horror, and thoughts of the victims would be welcome. As for the media coverage, it reveals the lowest instincts…”, “I knew you much more inspired… Disappointed…”, could we read in the comments. A bad buzz for the artist.
