The Saint-Michel biscuit factory in Champagnac-de-Belair is recruiting. The Nantes-based company has installed new production lines and plans to install more to meet the increased demand. Les gateaux Saint-Michel is made up of eight sites, including that of Champagnac-de-Belair, which has 260 employees and around forty intermediaries. 10,000 tonnes of products produced each year. It makes puff pastry palm cookies, products for catering professionals, such as pie crusts.
