Since Olivier Veran’s announcement on Thursday to open to the 3rd dose for all, many of you want to be injected with this third dose, but the site for online appointments is struggling to take all the world, and the waiting time on Doctolib grows with the number of simultaneous connections.
Many French people therefore come to the vaccination centers which until now have accepted patients without making an appointment. This is the case for the vaccination center installed at the Parisot room in Vesoul.
We must regulate
This Friday at the end of the morning, Christine Placet, the manager of the Vesoul vaccination center, is at the entrance to the Parisot room. She is obliged to ask patients who come without an appointment to come back at noon or from 3 p.m. Mandatory regulation to allow those who have made an appointment not to wait too long. But it’s very complicated today to send back people who show up without an appointment, sometimes they are people who have traveled far to come.
I think we will have to regulate the people who come without an appointment. People really need to come to Dotolib now so that we can manage really well. “
Christine Placet specifies that it is in order to be able to better manage the vaccine vials on the one hand, and the reception of people on the other hand, “because when there is too much waiting, it is not acceptable”.
In the queue we find people who had made an appointment, but also many people who until now were not of age for this famous third dose, and who were waiting.
The Vesoul center was able to take these patients without an appointment, but from Monday it is imperative to register on Doctolib or by phone before coming.
The vaccination center currently located in Salle Alain-Parisot, place Pierre-Rénet, will be transferred from December 1 to 14 place du 11ème Chasseurs in Vesoul.
