After Roby Jarventie tied the game at 2-2 with less than five minutes to go, Rourke Chartier gave the visitors the win by scoring with nine seconds left in the third period.

The Senators (3-2-1) scored their three goals with the man advantage. Sokolov opened the scoring with an accurate shot into the top corner.

2020-21 Rocket member Jake Lucchini had two assists in the win. Blainvillois Kevin Mandolese made 31 saves.

Brandon Gignac temporarily gave the Rocket the lead (1-4-1) in the third period and was complicit in Anthony Richard’s goal in the second.

Cayden Primeau stopped 28 of 31 shots at the Rocket’s cage.

It was the first duel of a six-game streak at Place Bell for the Rocket. He will return to action Friday night for his first of two games — in less than 24 hours — against the Rochester Americans.
