Job description:
You will have to cook the dishes offered à la carte, both hot and cold, in compliance with the technical sheets in this establishment, which is open 7 days a week. The service is carried out on a break and you will have 2 consecutive days off.
Knowledge and skills:
– Prepare meat and fish (bridle, bard, empty, slice, …)
– Cook meat, fish or vegetables
– Dosing culinary ingredients
– Mix products and culinary ingredients
– Prepare dishes for service
Practical information :
A first experience of 1 year is desired for this contract which would suit holders of a CAP, BEP and kitchen equivalents.
Gross monthly salary of 2300€ over 12 months.
