A preliminary investigation was opened in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine) after a report from the Paris police headquarters on the presence of four people presented as police members of Brav-M in Cyril’s “TPMP” program. Hanouna, the prosecution announced on Wednesday April 5.

These four people testified on March 31 on the set of “TPMP” hooded, their voice changed and a police armband on their arm. Some of them presented themselves as members of the Motorized Violent Action Suppression Brigade, accused of violence against demonstrators against the pension reform. The police headquarters had already announced the opening of an “administrative investigation” explaining that “the first elements suggest that these people do not belong to the Brav-M”.

According to the prefect of police, the presence of these four people “discredits” on this unit. She issued a report to the courts, first to the Paris prosecutor’s office, which relinquished responsibility for the benefit of that of Nanterre, which entrusted the investigations to the Brigade for the repression of delinquency against the person (BRDP).
