The Onetik cheese factory stands out at the World Cheese Awards

The cooperative and family-owned cheese dairy Onetik produces its cheeses with respect for tradition, in the small village of Macaye. She collects milk from more than 200 farms to transform it in her workshops. The cheeses are then matured to allow the aromas to develop. Onetik offers cheese made from sheep’s milk, cow’s milk, goat’s milk and mixed milk. Chef Liliane Otal and Maryse Tristant from the Onetik cheese factory fall for the gold medal, the Ondua volume with mixed milks with a ripening of more than 10 months, a treat !!
