“The Odyssey of the Voice… Inspired by Stanley Kubrick’s film and accompanied by his 5 musicians, Michaël Grégorio invites you to explore the voicefrom the first stammerings to the initiatory vocalizations, from the velvet voices of jazz to the more saturated voices of Death Metal, passing through the electric character of pop and rock, vindictive and robust of rap, melodic and familiar of variety, more crystalline of classical music.
But by pulling too hard on the strings, the voice sometimes breaks. Nothing like a jump in the image to trace its track, from Chaplin’s silent films to musicals.
Image and sound come together again in a universe of songs and voices become cults.
